Monitoring allows to graphically control the quality fluctuations beetwen 2 PLA along
the time.

You must setup the source, the destination PLA and the refresh period.

Example :

A PLA was intentionnaly connected into a surge protector.

When this surge protector is off, you can immediately see the bandwith improvement.
