How to re-enable your supply

If your credit has run out and your supply switched off, once you have credit on the meter
again, you will need to re-enable your supply. Supply for both fuels can only be re-enabled
from the meters.

How to re-enable your supply on the electric meter

Once you have topped up, the following screen will appear.

Relay Armed:
Please press
Buttons A&B to reconnect

Press and hold the

and

button to re-enable your supply.

Once re-enabled, you will return to the main menu.

How to re-enable your supply on the gas meter

Once you have topped up, the “Push to reconnect” screen will appear.
