How to activate emergency credit
Your IHD will notify you when your credit balance is running low.
You will get an audio alert, and the “low credit” symbol will appear on your screen.
You can activate your emergency credit using the IHD or your meters.
Activating emergency credit on your IHD
If the Emergency Credit service is available with your prepayment meter,
your IHD will notify you when you can use that feature.
To activate emergency credit, press
OK
or
MENU
, use the arrows to scroll,
and select “Emergency Credit” followed by OK . Press HOME to view your
remaining meter balance.
