Solution
The Datalog CS-BS-1 is not found by the DeviceDiscovery-
Tool.
In order to check if the proxy server settings for the operating system are correct, proceed as follows:

Click
the Start symbol
on the task bar.

In the
Settings
menu, select the
Control
panel
.

Double-click the
Internet Options
symbol.
Î
Click the
Connections
tab.
Î
Click the
Settings
button.
Î
Tick the
Use a proxy server for your LAN
checkbox.

Click
the Advanced…
button.
Î
Enter 169.254.0.0/16 into the
Exceptions
input field.
Î
Close all windows by clicking
OK
