Features on your GameCycle
The GameCycle allows you to control videogames and have fun while exercising. You
can interact with the GameCycle through the crank arms, and thereby control the
speed, direction and steering of videogame objects such as racing cars or monster
trucks. It can also be used as a simple arm-ergometer by turning off the TV, and
locking down steering. The GameCycle is equipped with the following features that will
help sustain an enjoyable experience:

Adjustable Height
The head of the GameCycle (where the crank arms are) can be raised or lowered to
accommodate the user while seated or standing.
Note that ideally the crank
arms should be at shoulder height.
To adjust the overall height at which the crank arms of the GameCycle are with respect
to your position, first ensure that your height adjustment screw is loosened. Then, lift
or pull up on the lever for the gas-assist near the bottom frame while at the same time
pushing down or pulling up on the head or the control unit of the GameCycle. You can
easily slide the GameCycle control unit upwards or downwards. If needed, tighten down
the screw for additional support.
