The GameCycle as a Standard Arm Ergometer

The GameCycle allows for use both as a standard Arm Ergometer, as well as an
exercise device connected to videogames. If users are unable to use the GameCycle in
its “gaming” mode, or just want to exercise with a standard arm-ergometer, then it is
very easy to switch to that mode.

Just start a session regularly as you would do with the GameCycle, then turn OFF the
TV, adjust your crank arm position so that it is reciprocal (asynchronous) and lock the
side-to-side tilting/steering. The GameCycle can now be used as a standard arm-
ergometer, and you can still control the resistance, select session duration, pause your
session, etc.

To return the GameCycle to its “gaming mode” just turn ON the LCD TV, readjust your
crank arm position back to in-line (synchronous) and start a new session.
