Joystick accessories
To mount joystick accessories, first pull off the upper end of the joystick. A pin is exposed. 

Here you can mount accessories such as a fork for tetraplegics, a golf ball or a stick etc.
Once you have set the accessory onto the pin, secure it by tightening the set screw.
