► Wear personal protective equipment (mouth guard, eye protection, hearing protection) for
cleaning with compressed air.
Prerequisite:
The expanders are not under tension.
Caution! Perform cleaning only when not under tension.
• After the product was used in a dusty environ­
ment:
Thoroughly clean the joint unit, expander
(expander cover) and adjustment unit with ball
holder using compressed air.
16 Putting out of operation
INFORMATION
For putting out of operation, release the tension of the expander. Perform the steps described in
the chapter "Installation" (see Page 14) in the reverse sequence.

Packaging such as that used for initial delivery is recommended for transport.
The tension of all expanders has to be released for shipment of the product. Complete the steps
in the chapter "Installing the expanders" (see Page 14) in the reverse sequence.
18 Disposal
Return the product to the manufacturer for disposal.
