Pull the waist strap forward by both ends and
tighten it.

INFORMATION:
The waist strap sits above the buttocks and
at the height of the pelvis.
The strap must not slide down during use!

Optional: Reposition and tighten the belt as
needed. 

Position the ends of the waist strap in the strap
holders.

Close the chest strap.
