16) Press the bulge of the footshell into the groove . (see fig. 10).
17) Press the proximal edge
of the footshell against the edge of the
adapter.
18) NOTICE! Do not damage the plug connection and cable.
Insert the plug into the receptacle of the cover cap (see fig. 11).
19) Install the cover cap . Do not allow the footshell to slide off the
adapter during this process. (see fig. 12).
20) Tighten the screws (see fig. 13).
21) Perform the charging process to verify that the plug connection is prop­
erly connected (see the instructions for use of the prosthetic foot).
22) Press the cover plate into the cover cap (see fig. 14).
5.2 Removing the footshell

Tools required:
Vice, 704G30 clamping tool, 2C101 footshell replacement tool, flat
screwdriver, T10 Torx screwdriver (see fig. 13 –
)
1) NOTICE! Proceed carefully during removal.
Do not damage the spacer lug and cables with the footshell
replacement tool (see fig. 2).
2) Insert a flat screwdriver into the groove and push the cover plate
out of the cover cap (see fig. 15).
3) Unscrew the screws (see fig. 4).
4) Remove the cover cap .

NOTICE! Do not damage the plug connection and cable. Do not
pull on the cable.
Pull the plug of the cable out of the receptacle in the cover cap
(see fig. 5).

NOTICE! To protect the pyramid adapter, use the 704G30 clamping
tool.
Clamp the clamping tool into the vice (see fig. 6).
7) Mount the pyramid adapter of the prosthetic foot in the pyramid receiver
of the clamping tool.
8) Bring the prosthetic foot to maximum plantar flexion (see the instructions
for use of the prosthetic foot).
9) Pull the spacer lug out of the adapter of the footshell (see fig. 9).
10) Pull the sole out of the adapter of the footshell.
11) Fold the spacer lug in the proximal direction (see fig. 7).
