9.5 fuse safety-line
A 375 mA SMD fuse is used as a safety-fuse for all the switches in the safetyline.
The fuse melts when a wire or contact from the safety-line has a short-circuit to (chassis) ground.
When the fuse is broken the display shows 8888y, the 3 LED’s at the left bottom are off, and the LED
near the display should be on.
NOTE; that a short-circuit from x10-3 or x11-1 to ground during movement can give the same
info as a defect fuse.
First disconnect x10 or x11, then reset to see if the problem is solved
When you exchange the fuse, first disconnect the battery-voltage and the voltage of the transformer.
For exchanging you should have a special tool. (pincet)

Beware that the applied fuse is not a “easy-to-get” type of fuse.
Please keep a number of the smd 375 mA fuses as a spare-part
9.6 Reset
When the chairlift has given an 8888x error, and the problem is solved you can reset the chairlift by
operating the lift left or right for 10 seconds.
When the fast beep has stopped during operating left/right the error is resetted and solved.
If you do not reset, the error stays active and visible on the display.
9.7 Reposition
When you move the chairlift off the rail, and put it on again later, there is a big chance that the profile
has shifted.
In this case you do not have to teach in the profile again.
To do a reposition, follow step 1 to 5.
1.
Drive the chairlift in the direction of the endpoint, which it does not reach, until it stops
automatically (software endpoint).
2. Switch off the armrest-switch. (LED is off).
3. Operate the chairlift 15 seconds by operating armrest left/right towards the endpoint which not
can be reached.
4. Keep control armrest left/right operated and switch on the armrest-switch. .
Still keep armrest left/right operated.
The chairlift will move towards the endpoint and will stop on the endswitch.
When the control left/right was released before it stopped at the endpoint, then start at step 2
again.
5. The profile should be correct know, the chairlift is now repositioned.
If step1 to 5 is not done correct, the chairlift will not be repositioned.
