Thermostat with Temperature Selector
The thermostat has an operating indicator light
turns off automatically when the skillet reaches the
selected temperature. Thus, in use, the light turns
on and off alternately indicating that the selected
temperature is maintained.
The control temperature selector has different

When the knob is set to the low level, it is normal for the food begins to bubble, as the
thermostat maintains the chosen temperature.
Tempered Glass Lid
The glass lid functions as an oven, ideal for use when the temperature and humidity levels
should be controlled, such as cooking, grilling or sauces and soups. It also allows grilling
large pieces of meat, because with the lid closed the heat and humidity are maintained
during the preparation.
Nonstick Skillet
Has internal or external non-stick surface, for easy cleaning and fat-free cooking.
