Warrants that this product will be free from manufacture and operation
defects in material and workmanship for a period of THREE MONTHS
for electrical and electronic products and ONE YEAR for appliances from
the date of purchase, and, for products requiring training to operate or to
handle attachments, accessories, equipments or devices, from the date
when it began to operate normally, after the installation at the address
selected by the customer.
THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ANY OTHER WARRANTY LOCATED ON
THE PRODUCT.
CONDITIONS
1 The only requirement to fulfill this warranty is to submit the product,
together with this policy that has been properly stamped by the
establishment in which the product was sold, or invoice, or receipt or proof
of purchase, stating the product-specific data object of the sale, to any
Authorized Service Center listed in the warranty.
Service centers located in Distrito Federal, metropolitan area, and return
departments in states where Importadora Primex, S.A. de C.V. has
storage facilities as well as, in convenience stores operated under the trade
name “COSTCO” by the returns department.
2 The Company promises to repair the product, as well as its defective parts
and components, without charge to the customer. (Within the term of the
policy).
3 In no case the repair time will exceed 30 business days from the date
product is received at any of the locations where this warranty may be
honored.
4 Parts, components, consumables, accessories, and spare parts may be
purchased at the above-mentioned service centers.
5 All expenses incurred as a result of the fulfillment of this warranty will be
the responsibility of Importadora Primex, S.A. de C.V.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• When the product has been used under conditions other than normal.
• When the product has not been operated following the User Manual in
Spanish.
• When the product has been modified or repaired by personnel not
authorized by Importadora Primex, S.A. de C.V.

Customer may request that this warranty be honored at the retail store
where the product was purchased or at any of the locations listed above.
NOTE: In the event that this warranty is lost or misplaced, customer may
request the issuance of a replacement warranty policy to his/her dealer by
presenting the appropriate sales receipt or invoice.
THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS
AND APPLIANCES.
