Les durées de cuisson indiquées au tableau s’appliquent aux poissons et

fruits de mer frais, surgelés ou entièrement décongelés. Avant de faire

cuire les poissons et les fruits de mer frais, nettoyez-les et préparez-les.

2.

La plupart des poissons et des fruits de mer cuisent très rapidement.

Faites-les cuire en petites portions ou selon les quantités indiquées.

3.

Les palourdes, les huîtres et les moules peuvent s’ouvrir à n’importe quel

moment. Vérifiez souvent les coquilles afin de ne pas cuire à l’excès.

4.

Les filets peuvent cuire dans le BOL À RIZ. Servez poisson et fruits de

mer vapeur nature, avec margarine ou beurre assaisonné, citron ou sauce.
