8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Following are a few common problems that may occur during operation. Here are some suggestions for easy troubleshooting:
If the fixture does not work:
1) The display is Off
• Check the connection of power and main fuse.
• Measure the mains voltage on the main connector.
2) The display is On
• Enter in Manual mode and set the value at 255
- If the fixture doesn’t light up, contact your local dealer
- If the fixture lights up
Check the DMX 512 wiring
Check the DMX address match with your controller
Exchange with a second fixture using the same DMX address
9. MAINTENANCE
Clean the front transparent cover at least every 1-2 months. Use a moist, lint-free cloth.
Never use alcohol or solvents!
