Device works, but the connected
fixtures to not react. Check correct polarity of the DMX con-
nection. Check the correct assignment
of the DMX Zones with the LIGHT-
DRIVE+ Configurator.
The wanted colors/color temperatures
are not shown on the fixtures. Check correct settings of the DMX
fixture types with the DIP switches on
the backside.
Changed Scenes can not be saved. Check if saving of Scenes is allowed
with the DIP switch on the backside.
The Tone function does not work. Check if using the Tone function is
allowed with the DIP switch on the
backside.
Device starts up, but hangs and has
no function. The config.xml configuration file may
be corrupted. Contact the e:cue
service.
LIGHTDRIVES do not synchronize. With the LIG Configurator,
check that the LIGHTDRIVEs have a
valid and unique IP address, use the
same port and the same group ID.
Only one LIGHTDRIVE can be master.
No reliable selection of Scenes or
Zones. Take care that only one button area is
touched at one time.
Default scenes are different in Zone B
and C, even if both zones are set to
the same fixture mode. Please make sure that the start DMX
value for Zone 3 is completely divisible
by the respective channel count of the
selected fixture type (e.g. 3 channels in
RGB mode)
