8 DIP switches
The DIP switches define the basic configuration like fixture types for the three zones
and locking functions. The DIP switches are only read when the LIG is
powered up. After changing the switch settings, the LI must be restarted.

0 = Scenes can not be overwritten
1 = Scenes can be overwritten
