CONFIGURING ENCODER 

FOR ZIXI™ BROADCASTE

R 

 

 

Talon PRO can act as a Zixi Feeder. If you have an existing Zixi account simply select “ZIXI” from

 the Output Setup dialog.  

Insert your Zixi Destination Address and Session ID (Channel Name). 

When Zixi Credential is enabled, users can enter their Zixi Password. Authentication uses a combination of the Session ID and 
Password. If assigned on the Zixi Broadcaster, the Zixi Remote ID grants access priority for that channel. Any other connected 
stream will be removed and replaced by the holder of the Remote ID.  The rest of the Zixi settings are set at their default. If you 
need to adjust these settings, consult your Zixi Broadcaster instructions.
