1.Switch power supply on

2.Start to massage
1). Press power button
and the massage chair will slightly recline. Select a preset
massage
and
it will
start massage.
2).
Prior to starting the massage it will do a body scan to map the user's body.
3).
Right after the body scan you have the ability to readjust the starting point
higher or lower by pressing the up or down arrow on the remote labeled
"Adjust Shoulder". The adjustment must be completed within 10 sec. the chair
has finished it's body scan.
youcan adjust the up and down button to a suitable position. Shoulder position
has 10 grades adjustable.It will run automatic massage if there is noadjustment
on shoulder position within 10 seconds

- Press one of the 5 preset massage programs on the upper half of the red circle
of the remote. TO store your favorite massage combination for next time press
down on the M1 or M2 for about 3 seconds until you hear a beep.
