Press 2” to turn the packaging machine on.

Press on the icon and select the desired con-
tainer Vacuum cycle.

When the icon is repeatedly pressed, the display
will show the selected cycle:
MIN level
To be used to:
• Repackage jars with screw-caps.
Seal lids only.
MED level
To be used to:
• Create a partial vacuum with professional con-
tainers resistant against implosion, for products
intended for subsequent pasteurisation and/or
sterilisation.
MAX level
To be used to:
• Create the maximum vacuum in professional con-
tainers.

Press to start the programme.

Press the lid of the container lightly to start the vacuum.

At the end of the cycle remove the accessory from the vacuum chamber.
The cycle can be interrupted at any time:
Press .
Air re-enters the vacuum chamber.
