Piping Installation
5. Make the length of piping short and lessen vertical parts as much as possible. (Including start-up,
keep the maximum water head of the pipe below the limit given on the table.)

6.Terminating the pipe inlet and outlet (using accessories)
(1) Mount the priming water inlet set to the water inlet
side, and mount a foot valve at its end.
(2) Mount the foot valve approximately 10cm away from
the bottom of water tank.
Also, take care that the foot valve does not appear
above the water when the tank water drops to its
minimum level.
(3) Leep the ends of water inlet pipe and outlet pipe
away from each other as possible.
IMPORTANT
●
Be sure to correctly indentify the inlet and outlet
sides when making the connection. The unit not
operate effectively if the connections are reversed.
●
When carrying out piping work, take adequate care
to prevent entry of dirt or other foreign matter into
the water circuit.
●
Choose a PVC pipe or spring-protected hose to avoid kinks in the pump intake.
(4) Perform piping so that no air pockets form. Water will not circulate if there are air pockets in the
water piping on the intake side. (In cases where there is horizontal piping, such areas of piping
might not be able to fill with water even after priming, thus preventing water circulation. In such
cases, piping should be installed at some slope, or other measures should be performed such as
installation of a floor cistern to force water in through the piping.)
(5) Connecting method of accessories and names (Please purchase piping parts illustrated by two-dot
chain lines.)
