Bimonthly Inspection and Maintenance
1. Inspection for drain port leakage
※
If water leakage is detected, check for scratches or breaks and consult with your dealer. Replace
the drain gasket if it is scratched or deformed.
2. Check for air entering the pump-priming port.
※
If it appears that air is entering the port, check for scratches or breaks and consult with your dealer.
Replace the pump-priming port gasket if it is scratched, deformed or foreign matter attached.
3. Inspection for cooling coil leakage

If water leakage is detected, check for scratches or breaks and consult with your dealer. Replace
the O-ring if it is scratched or deformed.
Monthly Inspection and Maintenance
1. Clean the outside of the cooler. Use neutral detergent.
2. Clean the condenser filter.
Clean with a vacuum cleaner.
If stronger cleaning is needed, wash with water and neutral detergent. Then let dry in the sun.

Clean the condenser.
(1) Remove the condenser filters.
(2) Clean the condenser with a long-haired brush or an
air gun.
IMPORTANT
●
Dust accumulation on the condenser may lead to
reduced heat-exchange performance. Severe
accumulation may activate safety devices,
causing the cooler to shut down.
●
Do not operate the product with the condenser
filters removed. Intake of dust may cause the
condenser to fail.
●
Do not use a damaged filter. Replacement filters
are available. See page 33 for ordering
information.
