MSTP Setting interface

The following table describes the labels in this screen.

Label

Description

MSTP Enable

You must enable or disable MSTP function before
configuring the related parameters.

Force Version

The Force Version parameter can be used to force a VLAN
Bridge that supports RSTP to operate in an
STP-compatible manner.

Configuration
Name

The same MST Region must have the same MST
configuration name.

Revision Level
(0-65535)

The same MST Region must have the same revision level.

Priority
(0-61440)

A value used to identify the root bridge.    The bridge with
the lowest value has the highest priority and is selected as
the root.    If the value changes, You must reboot the
switch.    The value must be multiple of 4096 according to
the protocol standard rule.

Max Age
Time(6-40)

The number of seconds a bridge waits without receiving
Spanning-tree Protocol configuration messages before
