Description
Port
The switch port number to which the following settings will be
applied.
Mode
Indicates the selected LLDP mode
Rx only
: the switch will not send out LLDP information, but LLDP
information from its neighbors will be analyzed.
Tx only
: the switch will drop LLDP information received from its
neighbors, but will send out LLDP information.
Disabled
: the switch will not send out LLDP information, and will
drop LLDP information received from its neighbors.
Enabled
: the switch will send out LLDP information, and will
analyze LLDP information received from its neighbors.
LLDP Neighbor Information
This page provides a status overview for all LLDP neighbors. The following table contains
information for each port on which an LLDP neighbor is detected. The columns include the
following information:
Label
Description
Local Port
The port that you use to transmits and receives LLDP frames.
Chassis ID
The identification number of the neighbor sending out the LLDP
frames.
Remote Port ID
The identification of the neighbor port
System Name
The name advertised by the neighbor.
Port Description
The description of the port advertised by the neighbor.
System Capabilities
Description of the neighbor's capabilities. The capabilities include:
