Before using the product

Introduction

This operating manual describes the speed controllers 

ES01

/

ES02

.  The speed controllers are designed 

solely to drive (control the speed of) dedicated speed control motors based on closed-loop phase contr ol.

 Series speed control motors (6 W ~ 90 W) can be driven by the 

ES01

/

ES02

Refer also to the operating manual for the applicable motor.

This product must be handled by qualified personnel with expert knowledge of electrical and mechanical 

engineering.

Before using the product, read the 

Safety precautions

 carefully to ensure correct use.

Should you require the inspection or repair of internal parts, contact the Oriental Motor office where you 

purchased the product.

The product described in this manual has been designed and manufactured for use in general industrial 

machinery, and must not be used for any other purpose.  Oriental Motor Co., Ltd. is not responsible for 

any damage caused through failure to observe this warning.

This product is recognized by UL. The CE marking (Low Voltage Directive and EMC Directive) is affixed 

to the product in accordance with EN standards.
