11.1 SKIP
Use this function to delete any unwanted channel
programmes found when using Auto search.

Press the “Menu” button to enter the main
menu

Press the “VOL+” or “VOL-“ button to navigate
across the menu bar until you get to
‘CHANNEL’

Press “CH+” or “CH-“ to scroll up or down the
drop down menu to select ‘SKIP’
••••
Press “VOL+” to skip or unskip the present
channel
••••
Press “CH+” or “CH-“ to confirm your new
setting
••••
Once completed, press the “Menu” button to return to the previous menu & once again to exit the
main menu
Once you have skipped a channel you will no longer be able to access this channel by using the CH+
or CH- buttons. You can still access the channel by directly entering the channel number on the
remote control.
11.2 SET CHANNEL NUMBER

Press the “VOL+” or “VOL-“ button to navigate across the menu bar until you get to ‘CHANNEL’

Press “CH+” or “CH-“ to scroll up or down the drop down menu to select ‘CHANNEL NUM’

Press “VOL+” or “VOL-“ to select the present channel number

Press “CH+” or “CH-“ to confirm your new setting

Press the “VOL+” or “VOL-“ button to navigate across the menu bar until you get to ‘CHANNEL’

Press “VOL+” or “VOL-“ to switch among I, B/G, D/K, L & L’

Press “CH+” or “CH-“ to confirm your new setting

11.0 USING THE CHANNEL MENU
NOTE:
You must select the sound system B/G first before Auto or Manual tuning. B/G is the sound
system used in New Zealand. Selecting other sound systems may result in loss of sound
