[How to adjust the time]
CAUTION
Do not adjust the date between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM, since the
watch is changing the date during that period. If you adjust the
date during this interval, the date shown may not change on the
next day, or it may cause the watch to malfunction. To adjust the
date during these hours, pull the crown out to the 2nd step and
move the hour hand outside of this time range.
