[Automatic winding mechanism (can also be wound manually)]
① This is an automatic winding mechanical watch that can also be wound manually.
② The coil spring will be wound by natural wrist motion while it is worn. The coil
spring can also be wound by turning the crown.
③ If the watch stops, turn the crown to wind the coil spring and start the watch.
When the second hand starts to move, adjust the date and time until they are
correct.
④ To wind the coil spring manually, turn the crown clockwise slowly. When you turn
the crown counterclockwise, it will spin freely and does not wind the watch.
Turn the crown clockwise until the power reserve indicator points at "48." (Turning
the crown more will not wind the spring any further.)
⑤ The watch will run for approximately 48 hours after the coil spring is fully wound.
※ However, if the chronograph is used, it will run less than 48 hours.
⑥ We recommend that you wear the watch on your wrist at least eight hours per
day, to maintain the stated precision. Incomplete winding may cause the time
shown to be advanced or delayed from the actual time. If you want to use the
watch without wearing it on your wrist, we recommend that you manually wind
the coil spring fully at a certain time each day.
