To check the the Base ID on your handset
1. Press
2. Press and select “Setup”
3. Press
4. Press and select “BaseID”
5. Press
6. The BaseID will show
The new handset is now registered to the base.
To de-register a handset
You may need to do this in order to replace a handset.
1. Press
2. Press and select “Setup”
3. Press
4. Press and select “Remove HS”
5. Press
6. Enter the PIN code and press
7. Press or until the correct handset is selected
8. Press to confirm
Note: You cannot de-register the handset you are using
To select a default base unit
You will only need this function if your handset is registered to more than one base
unit.
You can specify through which base unit the handset will make the call or receive
the call, or you can simply let the handset connect to the first base station it finds
within range (this is the default setting).
