Section 2: Orchid Utilities

Remember, only one application at a time can access
the MIDI device driver.

Windows Control Panel Features

MIDI Receive Channels

The channel where MIDI messages are received.
This is mainly used when using the SoundWave
32Pro with external MIDI synthesizers. You can
have the SoundWave 32Pro respond only to MIDI
data on specific channels, allowing you to create
complex music arrangements utilizing multiple MIDI
devices.

Mode

OMNI ON mode allows an external keyboard or the

SoundWave 32Pro to receive MIDI data on all 16

MIDI channels at once.

OMNI OFF mode allows an external keyboard or the

SoundWave 32Pro to receive MIDI data on only the

MIDI channels selected.
