COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

 

 

 

II.  FUNCTION BUTTONS 

PROGRAM BUTTON: 

 

 

(UP BUTTON):

In IDLE mode, press and release 

PROG

 to cycle through each program option. Stop on the program of your 

choosing. You can preset target values for DISTANCE, TIME, and CALORIES, or select an Interval 

Program of DISTANCE, TIME, and CALORIES. At the end is Memory Mode.

NOTE: Default exercising mode is Quick start program.

Press to decrease the preset values. Press the button and hold it down, the presetting value will go 

faster, release the button to stop. In MEMORY mode, use to change between different workouts saved. 

(RIGHT BUTTON):

Press to move around digits for faster setting of desired value. In MEMORY and SUMMARY Mode, use 

it to view different splits. 

(LEFT BUTTON):  

-

 

Press to move around digits for faster setting of desired value. In MEMORY and SUMMARY Mode, use 

it to view different splits.  

 

STOP BUTTON:  

-

 

When selecting the programs, press the button to act as a back button. During setting value, this also 

acts as a back button to go back after you press ENTER.

During any workout modes, pressing it the first time and it will stop workout. (Calories and Watt will 

return to 0). Pressing it the second time to view your workout summary. Pressing it the third time will 

return you back to IDLE mode.

During program modes, not including Quick Start mode you must press stop in order to save your 

workout into memory.

Hold STOP button and everything well reset and return you to IDLE mode

When selecting the programs and presetting target values, press the button to confirm or go into next 

value setting. 

 

DISPLAY BUTTON:  

-

 

When in any workout mode, press DISPLAY when you hear a BEEP sound it will switch to second set 

of  display, Press again until you hear 2 BEEP sound, and it will scan between the 2 sets of display. 

It will cycle through like this. 

-

 

When viewing workout summary or in memory mode. Press DISPLAY to cycle around the 2 different 

sets of display.
