Choosing a Vehicle Seating Location

WARNING

Death or Serious Injury Can Occur

Do not place this car seat in a vehicle seating location with a front air

bag.
Improper placement of the car seat in a vehicle will increase the risk

of serious injury or death.

DO NOT place rear-facing child seat on front seat with
air bag. DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY can occur. The
back seat is the safest place for children 12 and under.

Some seating positions in your vehicle may not be safe for this child

restraint, especially those with side airbags. Check your vehicle

owner’s manual.
Some vehicles do not have any seating positions where a car seat can

be installed securely.
