1.Press

.
The
unit
would
beep
and
display
This
LCD
display
test
will
go
on
for
around

seconds.

taken
last

be
displayed
with

in

right
corner.

and
flashing

thermometer
is
ready
for
temperature
measuring
.
But
if

room
temperature
is
lower
than

the
room
temperature
woul
d
be
displayed
instead
of
”L".
4.The
beep
will
sound
when
temperature

complete
.

of

power

TAKING
AN
ORAL
TEMPERATURE:
Place
the
probe
tip
under
the
tongue
as
near
as
possible
to
the
heat
pocket.
Approximate
measuring
time:

TAKING
AN
AXILLARY
TEMPERATURE
(UNDER
THE
ARM):
Wipe
the
underarm
with
a
dry
towel
and
place
the
probe
tip
under
the
arm
so
the
tip
is
touching
the
skin

perpendicular
to

body.
Position
the
arm
across
the
chest
so
the
probe
tip
is
well
covered
by
the
arm.
