Cleaning and maintenance
When mixing is complete, unplug the appliance. Wash containers, covers
and knives in warm water with detergent, wipe and dry carefully. Do not leave
parts wet.
Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners to clean any elements.
Wash parts immediately after use to avoid food residues. Wash knives with a
dish brush. Do not immerse their hands under water as they are very sharp.
Do not wash knives in the dishwasher. There is a seal on the knife assembly.
Do not attempt to dismantle it. This seal can be damaged by the heat in the
dishwasher.
Never soak a motor base in water or other liquids! Wipe the motor base and
power cord with a dry cloth. The engine is lubricated with durable grease. No
lubrication required.
Never store containers with covers attached. Cover prevents odor from the
containers and thorough drying.
Warning:
The knives are very sharp. Handle them carefully. Keep them out of the reach
of children.
