Troubleshooting
If a problem occurs during system operation, try resolving it using the report below before
proceeding with the repair request. If any problem persists, contact your nearest dealer.
Power supply
The device does not turn on.

Check that the power cord is correctly plugged into an electrical socket.
Sound
There is no sound.
,
The connection cable from the external device is not firmly connected.
,
The connection cable from the external device is damaged.
,
The system is in playback pause mode.
Press
u
PLAY/PAUSE u to resume normal playback.

Volume is set to minimum. Use the VOLUME knob to increase the volume.

Check that the correct audio source is selected.
Sound is not good (noise).

Check that the connection cable from the external device is not near the transformer or motor
and is at least 3 meters away from the TV.

Move the TV away from the audio device.

The cable end of the external device and the connectors are dirty.
Clean them with a cloth slightly moistened with alcohol.

Clean the CD disc or disc.

The cassette is damaged or poor.
Replace the tape.

The cassette player heads are dirty.
Clean your head with a cotton swab and alcohol.
