Prepare a large antistatic mat in a dust-free work area before replacing the motherboard

assembly. When replacing the motherboard assembly, you will remove the following

components and associated cables:

PCI risers

■

Fan tray 0

■

DIMMs

■

Flash modules and flash module cable

■

ESM riser

■

CPUs

■

Media bay assembly

Place these removed components on an antistatic mat in this dust free work area.
