Equipment configuration:
Assembly:

Place the cutting head on the waste basket
●
Plug in the 220-240 AC Volt wall socket
●
Press the main switch to the position “AUTO/ON”
●
Pull out the CD/DVD catching tray, before destroying CDs/DVDs.
Shredder is ready to use
Notice!
Pay attention during the fitting of the cutting head on the bin. Improper fitting will cause a malfunction
in operation of the shredder or damage sensor or the sensor tab on the bin.
Operation:

The main switch is located at the top of the shredder. It can be set in three positions:
●
ON/AUTO – the position is marked with this sign Ф - after choosing this option the machine is ready
to operate. It will starts automatically when the paper is inserted in the slot and stops automatically
when there is no further paper in the slot.
●
OFF – this option (marked with this sign Ф) is recommended during a long standstill.
●
REV – the position is (marked marked with this sign I ) - setting the main switch in REV position
helps to remove paper if it gets stuck inside the cutting mechanism. It can also be used for cleaning
the shredding mechanism.
When the waste bin is full the equipment does not stop working, remember to
remove/empty shreds from the bin often.
Destroying CDs:
●
Insert a CD/DVD into the special feed slot – the shredder starts and stops automatically
●
Do not destroy more than one CD/DVD at a time!
