Emergency stop switch
CAUTION!
The drilling spindle keeps turning for a short time even after actuating the emergency
stop switch depending on the preset speed.
1.11.1 Drilling table
Seats for T-slots are attached to the clamping table.
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to workpieces flying off at high speed. Securely fix the workpiece on
the drilling table.

Separating protective devices
1.12.1 Drill chuck guard
Adjust the guard to the correct height before you start working. To do this, loosen the clamping
screw, set the required height and tighten the clamping screws again.
1.12.2 Protective cover of the V-belts
A protective cover for the belt pulleys is mounted on the drilling head. There is a switch inte-
grated in the protective cover which monitors that the cover is closed.

only on DQ22 - drill chuck guard
After opening the drill chuck guard, the DQ22 drill
must switch off. The DQ22 drill must not start when
the chuck guard is open.
Emergency stop button
After actuating the emergency stop switch, the bench
drill must switch off.

V-belt
The bench drill must not be switched on, if the
protective cover of the V-belts is opened.
