Identify your DVR for iO TV
To find the serial number for your DVR for iO TV, look on the back for a label
that is similar to the example shown here. The serial number begins with SA
and is located in the lower left corner of the bar code.
You can also retrieve the serial number from the TV: Tune to channel 500
and press keys on your remote, in that order. The serial
number will display on the TV screen.
If the DVR for iO TV requires troubleshooting in the future, Cablevision may
ask for this serial number.

Equipment provided by Cablevision is the property of Cablevision and must
be returned when customer changes or disconnects cable service. In the
event that any equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or not returned,
