9. Trouble shooting guide & Cleaning Instruction

State.

Solution.

Note.

Power failure

● Check power adapter/cord connection

Power LED indicator failure

● Check power adapter connection
● Check adapter output voltage
● Wait for 5 seconds after connecting adapter to
WRO-100

Can’t be connected to product
IP.(IP : 10.10.10.254)

● Check if power is on
● Check if device connected to WRO-100 and WRO-
100s IP and Subnet mask is set on same IP range.
● Press reset button for 5seconds and reconnect after
2 minutes.

Wireless failure

● Check if Wireless LED is on
● Check product setting.

Wireless LED indicator failure

● Check if wireless turned on in product setting.

LAN failure

● Check UTP cable connection on LAN port.

Refer to
No.3 on
manual

LAN LED indicator failure

● Check UTP cable connection
● Check the working status of WRO-100 connected
device

WAN not working

● Check the connection of UTP cable that’s
connected to WAN port.

WAN LED light doesn’t light up.

● Check UTP cable connection on LAN port.
● Check connected internet connection status

NOTE

Do not attempt to service the apparatus yourself as opening or removing covers may expose you

to dangerous voltages or other hazards, and will void the warranty. Refer all servicing to qualified

service personnel.
