Solution.
Note.
Power failure
● Check power adapter/cord connection
Power LED indicator failure
● Check power adapter connection
● Check adapter output voltage
● Wait for 5 seconds after connecting adapter to
WRO-100
Can’t be connected to product
IP.(IP : 10.10.10.254)
● Check if power is on
● Check if device connected to WRO-100 and WRO-
100s IP and Subnet mask is set on same IP range.
● Press reset button for 5seconds and reconnect after
2 minutes.
Wireless failure
● Check if Wireless LED is on
● Check product setting.
Wireless LED indicator failure
● Check if wireless turned on in product setting.

LAN failure
● Check UTP cable connection on LAN port.

LAN LED indicator failure
● Check UTP cable connection
● Check the working status of WRO-100 connected
device
WAN not working
● Check the connection of UTP cable that’s
connected to WAN port.
WAN LED light doesn’t light up.
● Check UTP cable connection on LAN port.
● Check connected internet connection status

service personnel.
