8. Bottle exchange
• If the locking plate is present it must first be removed.
• Lift up the empty bottle from below, draw it to the front and remove it from the
dispenser.
• The Feedback-LED lights up red.
• Insert the filled-up bottle from below into the dispenser. Please pay attention to the
correct position.
• The Feedback-LED lights up orange.
After a bottle change, the SmartNose attempts to establish a connection to the OCG. If
the connection is successful, all data from the SmartNose memory is transferred to the
OCG. If the bottle is changed several times within 30 seconds, only one transmission takes
place.
When changing bottles, it is assumed that a full bottle with the same content
volume was used.
Ensure the correct configuration of the parameters “Bottle volume” and “Pump
dosage” for an accurate calculation of the fill level.
