Displaying the Fixed PCM Setting menu

The 

Fixed PCM

 Audio options are not displayed by default. 

Perform the following operations to display them.

1

Switch the receiver into standby.

While holding down 

AUTO SURROUND/STREAM

 on the front panel, hold
