VII. Assembly Instructions for Ultimate Dust Deputy®
5. Pull up latch so hole in latch goes over the pin /
boss on Dust Box top.
6. Attach hose from vacuum to the top of the Dust
Deputy® cyclone outlet.
7. If you are using the Festool hose, attach included
adapter, white end first on the cyclone inlet as shown,
then connect hose to adapter.
You can put the hoses in the box
and turn the top upside down and
latch the top down to transport the
Dust Deputy® to a job site so the
cyclone is protected.
An optional Elbow can be used on the outlet
to reduce stress on the Dust Deputy® top
during use.

VI. Assembly Instructions for Deluxe Dust Deputy® Kit
1.) Place supplied gasket on plastic drum top, lining up
holes in gasket with holes in lid.
3.) Snap lid tightly on drum and
you’re ready to go.

4.) Attach provided hose from shop
vacuum to top outlet on cyclone (A).
Use shop vacuum hose to attach to
tools. (B).
2.) Install metal tape then place bolt through washer
then put bolt through hole in base of cyclone. Secure
with nut underneath.
For additional static
reduction, install metal
tape as shown.
The Dust Deputy® is made of static dissipating plastic
.
For added grounding, attach wire to bolt between bolt head
and washer, then attach another washer to end of wire. Wire
must be long enough for washer to lie flat on floor.
