VI. System Tools
A. Router
Reset
Select the Tools Folder on the left side of the screen, and the Reset file
under that Folder. This screen (see
Figure 19
), gives you two options to
reset your Router. If you choose “Restart”, the router will reboot yet retain
all the previous configuration settings. On the other hand, if you choose
“Restore Factory Settings”, the Router will remove all the previous settings
and go back to the factory state.
B. Firmware
Upgrade
Select the Tools Folder on the left side of the screen, and the Upgrade file
under that Folder. This screen (see
Figure 20
), shows you the current
firmware level, and allows you to upgrade to a newer firmware level. To
upgrade Router’s firmware, simply click the “Browse” button on the
Upgrade Menu Screen and find the firmware upgrade file that you
downloaded from On-Q Technical Support. Then, double-click the
“Start” button.
