Example of a Ladder Program Using
a Timer Instruction

Self-holding Rung
Create a self-holding rung to turn ON L1 when
SW1 is pressed and stay lit until SW2 is
pressed.
1.
Create the program offline.

Delete the program created in
3-5 Example of a Basic Ladder Program
Right-click the rung numbers to delete while holding down the
Ctrl
Key. Press the
Delete
Key.
Although the ladder program is deleted, the I/O Map settings are not deleted and remain the
same as those configured in
3-3-2 I/O Map Setting

Create the following rungs.
