WORKOUT MODE
In workout mode you can monitor your heart rate, count calories
burned, and measure your time, distance & pace. All data will be
recorded for viewing after the workout and on the web dashboard.
Starting a workout
1. Enter workout mode by holding the ENTER
button for 3 seconds.
2. Wait for 10 seconds while the sensor verifies
the proper fit & placement by detecting your
heart rate.
The screen will display "READY" and the zone
indicator will begin flashing once your heart rate
is detected and the workout is ready to begin.
If a heart rate is not found the display will show
“ADJUST” and “FIT”. Tighten the wristband so
that the back of the unit is in continuous contact
with the skin on your arm. Then press and hold
the ENTER button for 3 seconds.
3. Press the enter button once, and begin your
workout.
