4. Set your body weight (WEIGHT).
Setting range: 22 lb to 300 lb
5. Set your height (HEIGHT).
Setting range: 3’4” to 6’6”
6. Set your walking stride (WALK STRIDE).
Setting range: 12'' to 48''.
7. Set your jogging stride (JOG STRIDE).
Setting range: 12'' to 99''
