an adverse reaction from use of the Omnilux
clear-U. If you do not obtain medical advice
your reaction may get worse.

suspect that you have had an adverse reaction
from use of the Omnilux clear-U. If you
continue to use the Omnilux clear-U your
reaction may get worse.

DO NOT
use the Omnilux clear-U if you
are pregnant. The safety of the treatment for
pregnant women has NOT been tested and
the risk is unknown.

DO NOT
use the Omnilux clear-U to treat
children less than 12 years of age. The safety of
the treatment for children less than 12 years of
age has NOT been tested in trials.
To reduce the risk of serious injury or fatal
electrical shock:
• NEVER use the Omnilux clear-U or the Wall
Power Supply where they can fall or be pulled
into water.
• NEVER use the Omnilux clear-U or the Wall
Power Supply when bathing or standing in
water.
• NEVER use the Omnilux clear-U or the Wall
Power Supply if you think they may have been
immersed in water, may have become wet, or if
you have spilled any liquids on them.
• NEVER remove any covers from the Omnilux
clear-U or the Wall Power Supply. Opening or
removing covers may expose you to dangerous
voltages or other risks. Incorrect reassembly
could cause an electric shock when the
Omnilux clear-U is subsequently used.

try and force the plug of the Power
Supply into an outlet. If the plug does not
connect easily with the outlet there may be a
mismatch.

attempt to operate the Omnilux
clear-U with any Wall Power Supply other than
the one provided.
