
Connect the cold water supply hose to a threaded 3/4 (inch) connector and make sure
that it is fastened tightly in place.
If the water pipes are new or have not been used for an extended period of time , let the
water run to make sure that the water is clear. This precaution is needed to avoid the
risk of the water in let to be blocked and damage the a ppliance.
Th e water supply to the applianc e ca n also be connected to the house hold hot water
line (such as, central system, heating system),as long as it does not exceed a
temperature of 60 C. In this case , the wash cycle time will be shortene d by about 15
minute s and the wash efficiency slightly reduced .
Th e co nnection must be made to the hot water lin e followi ng the same procedures as
described in the sec tion for the c onnection to the cold water line.
In or der to avoid that there is more water staying in the inlet hose, please close
the hydrant after using.(Not applicable to appliances without aqua-stop.)

Syphon Connection
Extension Hose
If you need a drain hose extension, make sure to use a similar drain hose.
It must be no longer than 4 metres; otherwise the cleaning effect of the dishwasher could be reduced .
Water Outlet
Connect the water drain hose. The drain hose mu st be correctly fitted to avoid water lea ks.
Ensure that the water dra in hose is no t kin ked or squashed.
Positioning the Appliance
If th e sink is 1000 higher from the floor, the excess water in hoses cann ot be drained dire ctly
into the sink. It will be necessary to drain excess w ater from hoses into a bo wl o r suitable
containe r that is held outside and lower th an the sink.
Position the applianc e in the desired location. The back should rest against the wall behind it, and the sides,
along the adj acent cabinets o r wa lls. T he dishwasher is equippe d with water supply and drain hoses th at can
be positioned either to the righ t or the left s ides to facilitate proper instal lation.
How to Drain Excess Water From Hoses
The waste conne ction must be at a he ight of between 40 cm (minim um) and 100 cm (ma ximum)
from the bottom of the dish. T he water drain ho se should b e fixed by a hose clip. The free end of
the hose must no t be immersed in wat er.
