Air intake filter
Each month the intake filter should be checked for presence of dust.
If there is a high amount of dust, clean it weekly. The filter cartridge
is of a dry type. It is to be replaced about each 500 working hours.
Damaged air intake filter has to be replaced with a new one
immediately.
Oil exchange
The first oil change is to be done within the first 50 working
hours, to remove any residues left from prior treatments of
the compressor head. Further oil exchange is to be carried
out at about every 500 working hours or at least once yearly.
Use high quality oil for compressor heads, always available at
the manufacturer.
Do not mix different oils.
Release the oil through the base of the compressor unit as
shown in the picture. After emptying, close the drain and fill
in the required amount of fresh oil. After you changed the oil,
let the compressor work for about 2 minutes, then stop the
motor and check the oil level again. If necessary add more oil.

Condensate drain
The condensate is drained automatically from the pressure vessel through the integrated
timed condensate drain. The condensate from the filter housing is to be emptied after each
working day through the manual condensate drain, which can be found at the bottom of the
filter housing.
